This is a new area that Jackie has been experimenting with.
The handbags are mainly made from recycled lounge fabrics.
You can go to your local furniture stores and ask them for their old sample books. They are full of interesting fabrics that are perfect to use for a handbag. Jackie tries to match the handbags with some appropriate “Shaggy Pile Style” details.
The brooch's are made using Jackies Shaggy Pile rug style and are so much fun to make! Jackie uses ribbon, lace, wool, silk, satin, beads etc.
They make a great addition to your handbag, scarf, hat, hair or jacket.
